RIMIT Angul: Admission, Courses, Fees, Placements

Rimeshwari Educational Trust started Raneswar Institute of Management and Information Technology (RIMIT) in the year 2000 at Angul of Odisha, which is an affiliated college. Located in Panchamahala, near the RTO office, this institute comes across an area of 2 acres and which imparts both management and technology education. Currently, RIMIT serves 582 learners and is staffed by a faculty of 10 members. The institute offers five different courses at the under graduate and post graduate levels which are computer application, business administration and finance.

Rimeshwari Educational Trust provides a troop of way that is specially built to improve the students’ learning process. The institute also has a functional sized library with the help of which it will focus on skill based knowledge development along with creativity among students. The RIMIT Communication Lab is designed and built for helping students becoming confident and efficient communicators. For those who want an accommodation, the institute has hostel for male and female students separately. Transportation is also offered by RIMIT to students, and they undertake to ferry students to about 90 percent of the areas they live in. There are Banquets for Sports Activities, transportation, an auditorium for conducting seminars and other activities, health care centre with emergency unit and cafeteria for students’ conveniences. It also has an excellent IT arrangement to fulfill the needs of current learning.

The institute provides over all five full time courses to the students in order to fulfil their academic passion. These include three undergraduate programmes: BCA, BBA, and B.Sc (Honours) in Computer Science. At the postgraduate level RIMIT has a Master of Finance and Control and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications (PGDCA). Although there is no detail identification of numbers of seats for each course, institute level student intake capacity is 582.
