Rao Sohan Lal College of Neemrana is affiliated college located in Alwar, Rajasthan is affiliated and was set up in 2009. This is a co-educational university and it is located on a large piece of land of approximately 5 Acres and it employs competent lecturers to teach a blend of undergraduate and post graduate programmes. Currently, the college has a total student population of 803 students in twelve courses in seven degree programmes. It is however regrettable that whilst specific accreditations and rankings are given, Rao Sohan Lal College offers quality education in many fields of study; arts, commerce and sciences to be precise.

For the people who prefer sports and physical activities for health facility, the college offers play grounds for volley ball, badminton, kho-kho, football, cricket etc. Inter house /interclass games are conducted regularly to make the students more active and also to honour the Achievers. The college also has the necessary facilities such as computerised labs with internet connection, Wi-Fi and faculty wise labs: Botany, Chemistry, Physics and Geography. In order to fulfill the requirements of learners and local population, Rao Sohan Lal College provides a number of extra services, including a canteen, a hall for performance of plays or presentations, and student- and staff-shuttle services.

Rao Sohan Lal College has a total of 12 courses, in which some are under graduate and some are post graduation course. The undergraduate courses include full time programmes like B.A, B.Com, B.Sc ( Mathematics), B.Sc (Biology), BBA, and BCA. At the postgraduate level the college offers M.Sc. programme in Physics, Chemistry and Botany and M.A. programmes in Geography Hindi literature and politics. Across all the courses, the approved intake capacity is 803 students, but the various course programmes have a different capacity. For example, B.A course takes the highest number of intakes of 240, B.Sc and B.Com courses take 60 each.
