Rastogi College of Nursing, Rajnandgaon, was established in the year 2010. It is one of the premier institutions for nursing education in the village Tedesara, district Rajnandgaon, Chhattisgarh. Co-educational in nature, it has a campus area of 1.243 acres. This affiliated college is approved by INC. The college offers a varied number of programs in nursing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Rastogi College of Nursing offers four different specialised courses, out of which two are degree-oriented and the rest two are diploma courses. All these programs cater to different facets of nursing education. 

It has a variety of facilities that make learning easier and more convenient for students. A well-stocked library with a large collection of medical nursing books and journals is one of the core building blocks of the academic facilities. It remains open from Monday to Saturday and provides sufficient time to the students for studying. Rastogi College of Nursing is known to have a comprehensive range of nursing courses to meet diversified educational requirements. These include four full-time courses. B. Sc Nursing, which takes 4 years; Post Basic B. Sc Nursing, which takes 2 years; General Nursing and Midwifery, GNM, taking 3 years; and Auxiliary Nurse Midwifery, ANM, taking 2 years. The total sanctioned intake for all these programs is 130 seats, out of which 50 are for the B.Sc. Nursing program, 40 each for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing and GNM.
