RASTRASVI NNIHALRATI COLLEGE OF COMMERCE AND MANAGEMENT, VARANASI was set up in the year 2011 which is an affiliated college in Varanasi city of Uttar Pradesh. The faculty recognised by NCTE offers six combined programmes in commerce, management and education. The college has a total strength of 448 students including both men and women and has 11 faculty members. It is a campus at Ghoshila, Sewapuri with providing education in the areas of commerce, management and teacher education with updated infrastructure . 

The college boosts of well equipped facilities that improve the learning environment of the students in the college. The major collection is housed in the central library at the ground level consisting of more than fifteen thousand text and reference books on various disciplines. Students and faculty members can access this treasure trove of knowledge from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily. The library also provides for and Newspaper clipping service, Online journals, 13 Indian Journals/Magazines to help students get updated with the latest activities taken up in their areas of specialization. Practical subjects are also offered at the college where for each subject practical stations are availed through sophisticated laboratories. These labs are intended to develop scientific enquiry and help students acquire the much-needed hands-on experience. The classes sections are large and well furnished with modern tools to enhance learning in the classrooms. There is a general information about companionate accommodation to students who may wish to stay within the college compound such as boys’hostel and girls’ hostel for those from distant places. 

Rastraveer Nihalarati College of Commerce and Management College provides total of six full-time courses for students according to their field of interest and career prospects. The programs are for both under graduate and post graduate levels across the areas like commerce, computer application, business administration, science and education. Although the total proposed intake for all the courses is not mentioned the college has taken an intake of fifty students for D.El.Ed program itself which shows that the college trainer himself to be a teacher. That the institution offers full time and regular courses show commitment to offering the students a full programme devoid of skipping or half-baked lectures.

The college always cares about the attendance rate, and is stated that admission will be cancelled for a student who has never be in school for one week from the time he was enrolled. Something that has to be understood is that students, who have been expelled from the university examinations due to malpractice, might have some limitations in the admission even if they served a suspension time.
