Rayat-Bahra Innovative Institute of Technology and Management, Sonipat, was established in the year 2010 and is affiliated with the college situated at Village-Chirasmi, Tehsil Gannaur, District Sonepat, Haryana. This institute of higher learning has maintained its foothold in providing engineering education, imparting a number of B.Tech programs at the undergraduate level. Its faculty consists of 20 dedicated persons who take responsibility for delivering good technical education to aspiring engineers.

Rayat-Bahra Innovative Institute of Technology and Management offers a total of five full-time B. Tech programs, each with a duration of four years. These include Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Information Technology.
