RBSS College, Mathura was established in the year 2011. It is an affiliated college situated at Saidpur, Baldev, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh. The institution is a co-educational one that is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education or NCTE, which ensured quality in teacher training standards.

A library serves as a valuable resource centre and provides a good amount of educational material to the student fraternity. Laboratories are well-equipped to meet all practical aspects of the curriculum, which is one of the means through which hands-on experience is achieved by the students. There is excellent IT infrastructure as well, so every student is adequately prepared in the usage of modern educational technologies. Currently, RBSS College offers only one main course, the D.El.Ed. in Elementary Education. This two-year, full-time study program will make new entrants into teaching familiar with knowledge and skills presented in elementary education classes. The college has been granted approval for 50 seats in this course. Hence, the learning environment is quite centered, thereby offering ample scope for individualised attention and development.

Admission to RBSS College, Mathura, is strictly merit-based, in step with UP State Government policies. Performance in the qualifying examination, usually 12th standard or equivalent is taken as the basis of student evaluation. Some states may conduct entrance examinations or other selection processes.
