Rishi College of Education was established in the year 2008 located at Rajendra Nagar, Telangana, It is affiliated college of Osmania University. It offers teacher education programmes and is recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education NCTE. Located in a convenient area, conducive to learning, the college provides for a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme with an approved admission capacity of one hundred students. Though there is lack of data on student diversity and faculty count, this college focuses its goals and objectives on offering quality education in teaching profession.

To support its students, Rishi College of Education has procured various facilities that are of benefit to the enhancement of learning.
