RJ Institute of Higher Education, Bulandshahr, was a postgraduate college under M.J.P. Rohilkhand University founded in 2009 in the state of Uttar Pradesh, India. Situated in a 2.5-acre alternative compact campus, the institution is actually building up its basket case of academic programmes and also physical infrastructure reads like an unfolding story. Total intake under these programmes is 420 students and thus targeting at creating a diversified dynamic student community of the institute. 

Admission procedures for each of the above courses under RJ Institute of Higher Education differ. Admission criteria in the B.Ed programme are those by the State Government, U.T. Administration, and the University based on merit at marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination.
