The co-educational RK Arya College at SBS Nagar Nawanshahr was started in 1952. This affiliated college, situated in a 30 acre space, provides heterogeneous array of 17number of courses run under nine degree programmes. The college currently has 781 students and 24 faculty members to ensure that learners are comfortable in their learning processes. RK Arya College is also affiliated to the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for standard education.

Also, this college provides diploma courses in the specific field like Office Automation, Computer Hardware, Accounting & Taxation and Banking & Insurance.
