RK Degree and PG College, Kamareddy was started in the year 2002 and the college was situated at Kamareddy of Nizamabad district in the state of Telangana. The college is coeducational affiliated college offering various under graduate and post graduate programmes to the students in different speciality fields. The college gives a polite and good environment requirement for aspiring students, with total intakes of 1,732 students and 42 members of faculty. Located at Nizamsagar Road the campus offers a platform for brilliance both academic and personal.

RK Degree and PG College has well equipped facilities that seeks to complement the learning process of students in the college. A Communication Lab with 30 systems facilitates student’s English language and communication skills. The well illuminated library that has enough space which is echoed with newspapers and journals, magazines and competitive original books offer unhampered study and research environment. Sports people benefit from good playground facilities especially for both, outdoor and indoor sports activities. The college has shown a strong technological base through three Operational Computer Labs that contains approximately two hundred systems, and wireless Internet connectivity throughout the compound, though it is offered to the students and teaching personnel at no extra cost. For these purposed a proper auditorium is ideal especially for cultural or an academic occasion. The college also has health centre which has first aid facilities and a canteen for the college students and staff as well.

RK Degree and PG College provides a wide ranging learning package including 41 courses in 8 degrees. The college offers BA programmes, B.Sc programmes, B.Com, and MA programmes etc. It offer many courses of Science, Commerce, Arts & Management streams at Under Graduate as well as Post Graduate levels. All programmes are stated full time, hence students are able to undertake robust and concentrated education in their respective areas of specialisation. The admission procedure at RK Degree and PG College is very simple and has no bar for those candidates who meet the criteria. Although specific entrance tests are not named, academic achievement on standard pass qualification tests might be considered by the college while admitting students into different courses.
