Roots An International School of Business and Management, Hyderabad, started in 2011, is a co-educational, affiliated college in Somajiguda, Hyderabad. The institute provides a wide list of undergraduate programmes in different fields. Roots ISBM is a tiny institution of 0.573 acre coverage and offers education to 793 students taught by a 24 faculty staffs. The college provides 6 courses from 4 degree programmes and focusing Business Administration, Commerce, Mass Communication and Data Science. 

Roots ISBM has a variety of recreational and learning infrastructure for the students’ benefit. It provides an air conditioned, adequately sized class rooms with projection and electronic/white  boards for the facilitation of teaching. The use of information resources makes a modern library an essential knowledge base of the university or college. The institute also has laboratory facilities necessary for practical openings in many departments. For extra curricula activities, sport facilities are available and also an auditorium for events and seminars. The other facility in the campus is a cafeteria where students, staff and visitors take their meals or snacks. The college has started an association namely the Roots Foundation Club due to its social responsibility such as adoption of schools and provision of toiletry hampers for the needy orphans.

In all, the institute provides 6 full- time undergraduate courses out of which the streams are different. They are BBA Business Analytics, BBA, BA Mass Communication, B.Sc Data Science, B.Com Computer Applications and B.Com. All the programmes are offered as full time and each programme is structured to be completed in three years. The total number of students enroled at Roots ISBM is 793 which explains a moderate size intake of students.
