1: How long will it take to receive the course certificate?

The digitally verified certificate of completion in the completed course will be given to the student within two to four weeks of successfully finishing the course.

2: Is the attendance applicable for live webinars?

Attendance is not mandatory for live webinars and the recording of the missed sessions can be accessed from the learning management system provided to the student.

3: Is it possible to correct an error after submitting the application form?

After submitting the applications, if the student wishes to correct an error, they can send the correction to admissions@emeritus.org and wait for getting the verification done.

4: How to address the queries of the student about the programme?

After enrollment, students can provide their phone numbers to which they can connect with a program advisor to clarify their queries or they can mail at info@emeritus.org.

5: Does the enrollment in the Emeritus program provide an enrollment as a student with the collaborating university?

The enrollment in an Emeritus program only grants enrollment in the Emeritus institute of management, not the university. Emeritus is a private education provided registered with CPE, Singapore.

6: What if the student misses the deadline for an assignment?

Usually, assignments are provided weekly with one each and they can be individual or group assignments. Reasonable deadline extensions are provided when there is a compelling reason.

7: Which all payment methods are available to pay fees?

There are two options for payment. The first one is through wire transfer and the second one is through credit card payment. They do not accept Discover cards.

8: What to do if a student is unable to access or have issues with the learning management system?

The students can raise queries regarding the learning management system by either sending a mail to programsupport@emeritus.org or directly asking about the learning management system itself.

9: Is there any limit to the number of programs that a student can pursue at one time?

Students can pursue multiple programs simultaneously, according to their convenience. If they can schedule efficiently for each course, they can pursue any number of courses.

10: Can the students interact with the faculty from the collaborating university for doubt clarifications?

The faculty are only available through recorded videos. Live sessions and office hours are controlled by course leaders, a team of industry practitioners. Doubts can be clarified with them.
