Royal Dental College, Iron Hills was set up in the year 2003 at Chalissery, Palakkad district, Kerala, is one of the leading dental college in the state. This affiliated college recognised by the Dental Council of India (DCI) provides several dental courses at its 6.5 acres land. This college admits a total of 346 students while employing a faculty stain of 137, making the college appropriate for dental learning. For postgraduate studies, the college has different MDS programmes, which all admit 3 students each. This speciality MDS programmes are Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics, Prosthetics and Crown and Bridge, Periodontology and dental Implantology, orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics, Oral and maxillofacial pathology and Oral microbiology and Immunology, and pediatric and preventive Dentistry. The total approved intake throughout all courses is 78 students per year.
