RS Shetty College of Commerce came into existence in 2003 and is affiliated to the university of Dharwad in the state of Karnataka in India. This institution offers commerce as a specialised training and has a known course that is B.Com which stands for Bachelor of Commerce. This college located at the side of K.M.F, Dharwad has a total of 59 students enrolled in now and a total of 12 members of faculty. For all its size, the college may be small, but it strives to offer the best in the field of commerce.

RS Shetty College of Commerce has facilities for students to foster their learning and their improvement in general. To ensure the comfort of students and visitors a guest/woman room which doubles as a waiting room is provided in the school compound. This is calculated partly in terms of the college cafeteria because it provides areas where students and staff can find some respite and do some socialising. In this regards, RS Shetty College of Commerce has accommodation facilities that include; Hostel for boys, Hostel for girls so that students staying from different areas can be well provided with comfortable accommodation. The college also addresses student’s health by having a health centre with first aid facilities.

Academic activities of the four colleges under the management of the trust RS Shetty College of commerce aims at offering excellent education in the commerce field. At this institution, the business school deploys a full-time B.Com programme, which the students are expected to complete in three years. This programme is intended to help students gain adequate knowledge in different fields of commerce and business. The details of total number of seats for B.Com are missing but the over all strength of the college is 59 so it may provide personalised attention to the learners.
