The basis for B.Sc. admission is merit, with considering the marks obtained in the relevant 10+2 examination subjects. The approved intake capacity for Botany, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics, and Zoology for B.Sc. courses is 200 seats each.

B.Com(Bachelor of Commerce): Rupahi College offers B.Com along with four specializations. This program has a sanctioned intake of 200 seats. The admission process for B.Com is merit-based and considers marks obtained in the qualifying examination, mainly on commerce-related subjects.
