Affiliated to the University of Mumbai, Sandesh College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Mumbai, is a self financed college that was set up in 2001. Located in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli (East), this is an affiliated college, which offers multifaceted UG courses in the faculty of Arts, Commerce & Science stream. The college is well stocked in terms of the student capacity with the intake being 1963 in number and faculty members with 23 of them. The institution provides five full-time courses, of which three are bachelors of Arts & Sciences and two are specialised to cover a wide area of student’s curiosities and future occupations. There is 120 seat intake in B.Com, BA and B.Sc courses while B.Sc IT has intake of 60 seats. The B.Com Banking and Insurance course, which is a specialised course, has few seats as it is restricted to 1 student meaning the course is very exclusive.
