Sarada Vilas College of Mysore is a premier institution started in the year 1945 situated in Krishnamurthy Puram, Mysore, Karnataka. This affiliated college located in a 10.1 acre campus has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Thus, college has a student strength of 882 and has a faculty of 63 teachers teaching 24 courses in the 7 degree programmes. This institute is famous for providing various options in science and commerce stream particularly in Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Computer Science and Business Studies.

The admission process of Sarada Vilas College differs course to course. Admission to most of the undergraduate programmes is strictly merit based based on the result of the qualifying examination, 10+2 or its equivalent. However, for specific courses like B.Sc (Hons) in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence it has a written examination, which is then complimented by an oral examination.
