I am hoping that you are absolutely fine. GNM stands for General Nursing and Midwifery which is a three year amd six months diploma level of course with a mandatory internship of six months. Basically , the admission for GNM course depends on the marks of the candidates class 12th board. In India , the admission is based on both direct as well as entrance exam. The top entrance exams like :
Now , come to it's fees structure , it's fees varies college to college. But the fees varies between 25,000 to 2,00,000 .

As you can see that your question is little incomplete as you have not mentioned the name of the B.Sc course in which you are looking for admission. So generally i can give you an idea about how admission is done in different colleges for B.Sc course, so this admissions are based on the entrance exam for most of the colleges, However some colleges also give admissions directly. Now some of the common entrance exams are:
1. NPAT.
2. CUCET.
3. JET.
4. BHU UET.
So this are few exams which are generally given by the students for securing admissions in B.Sc courses hence, definitely you should take a look.
