Sattar Memorial College of Education, Phulwarisharif, Patna, was established in 2009. Being an affiliated college in the city of Patna, Bihar, this is a co-educational institution with approval from NCTE. The college is based on a 0.75-acre campus, with two specialised degree programs in education and a total enrolment of 200 students. With a faculty strength of 32 dedicated teachers, the institute has a very impressive student-to-teacher ratio, making it conducive to learning.
