The college was established in 2004. Savita Devi Mahavidyalaya, Meerut is a private university affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The college offers courses at Diploma, undergraduate and postgraduate level. SDM, Meerut Diploma courses include D.El.Ed, admissions to the course are offered to candidates who hold a degree from a recognised board with at least 50% marks. SDM, Meerut UG courses include B.Sc, BA, B.Com, B.P.Ed and B.P.E. SDM, Meerut UG admissions are offered to candidates who have cleared class 12th from a recognised board. The college also offers PG courses which are M.P.E, students aspiring for the M.P.E admissions must hold a B.P.E degree from a recognised board with at least 45% marks.
