Hello aspirant,
As per the marks mentioned by you, you'll have tough time in getting into top colleges through CET as most of the colleges asks for minimum 50% in graduation. However, if you score good in CET then you can get into some decent colleges for sure. Try improving your profile by the time you appear for entrance exam
Good Luck
MBC is a sub Category of OBC. But while filling NEET application form, NTA did mention that only those Candidates whose Community falls under Central OBC list can avail OBC reservation and the rest have to select General as their Caategory. So if your community within MBC comes under Central OBC list, then you can avail OBC reservation or else, it will be General Category. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. According to the official Central OBC list of Karnata, Kasab Community comes under OBC Category. And if the annual income is less than 6 lakhs per annum, you can select OBC-NCL and if the family annual income from all sources is more than 6 lakhs per annum, then you should select OBC as your Category while filling any application form.
My college has one of the best infrastructure among also the colleges in India. It is the most renowned college from business studies in India. It has beautiful campus with beautiful buildings and greenery all around.
College campus is weel good.classromm are well Maintained comfortable chair for students to study for long hours. But the bad thing about college is there is no access in the classroom .Too much hot in the class . students were unable to study in the class
The college infrastructure is good there is no AC's in the SOB bilding and SOL building but there are AC's in SOMM and SOLS and overall the college is great and the tables and chairs used in the class rooms are great.
