The School of Physics in Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore which is an eminent university to study and promote the subject of physics. The students of this prominent school have been cultivating the science talent since the inception of the institution in 1971. This is a school in Indore city in Madhya Pradesh which offers a broad number of programmes in physics and related fields. There are 6 faculty members of the school, who are well-educated professionals, which allows the school to offer a specialised education to students who are interested in physics. Physics with 35 seats, M.Sc. Material science with 15 students, and an M.Tech Laser Science applications with 18 seats. For the research oriented aspirants, the school offers M.Phil Physics with 20 intake and PhD programme in Material Science, Plasma Physics, Lasers and Insertion Devices. These diverse programmes make certain that students get enough exercise in the special areas of concentration they wish to study in physics.
