Seshachala Institute of Engineering and Technology is a college affiliated to [ established in 2011 ] located at Puttur, Andhra Pradesh. The institution approved by the All India Council for Technical Education has been one of the growing institutions in the field of engineering education. Located in the scenic beauty of SVS Nagar, Vadamala Village, SIET offer Under-graduate and post-graduate programmes in various branches of engineering. This faculty has 36 dedicated professionals with a commitment to quality technical education for budding engineers.

The SIET has a comprehensive set of facilities that help hone the learning experience of the students. In the library, which is a knowledge hub, a large number of resources are made available to help in their academics. Currently, SIET offers seven different courses in five B.Tech. and two M.Tech. programs.  The institute provides post-graduation courses namely, M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering and in Digital Electronics and Communication Systems. All these courses are full-time, designed to develop theoretical and practical knowledge in a specified area.

The admission process in Seshachala Institute of Engineering and Technology is fair and transparent. For its B.Tech programs, this institute primarily admits students based on their performance in the Andhra Pradesh Engineering Agriculture and Medical Common Entrance Test, more commonly known as AP EAMCET. This state-level examination is a vital entrance for aspiring engineers who want admission to the engineering institutes in Andhra Pradesh. For postgraduate admissions, SIET considers the Andhra Pradesh Post Graduate Engineering Common Entrance Test, or AP PGECET.
