Located in Nawapara, Rajim, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, Seth Phoolchand Agrawal Smriti Mahavidyalaya is a premiere education institute that was founded in the year 1994. It's an affiliated co-ed college with a 5 acre campus that offers 21 courses under 10 degrees.
