Sham-E-Ghausia Minority Unani Medical College and Hospital is an affiliated college in Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh, established in 1994. The college is on a sprawling 100-acre campus. The co-educational institution focuses on learning Unani medicine. Approved by the Central Council for Indian Medicine (CCIM), the institute imparts quality education in traditional healing practices.  With a total strength of 551 students and 32 faculty members, it is a focused learning institute.

The institute provides students with up-to-date facilities for learning and all-round development. It has a rich collection of more than 10,957 books on its shelves in addition to magazines, journals, and multimedia for the students to make use of. Additionally, the students are provided with departmentally equipped laboratories for practical hands-on training. This is complemented by an anatomy dissection hall that is well equipped with a cadaver. The college pays importance to the physical fitness of the students, which includes sports grounds for football and cricket. It has an indoor complex with badminton, squash, and tennis courts, besides a swimming pool. To accommodate all academic and co-curricular activities, the college has an auditorium besides providing separate hostels for boys and girls. 

Sham-E-Ghausia Minority Unani Medical College and Hospital offers only one course, which is Bachelor of Unani Medicine and Surgery (BUMS). It is a full-time course that lasts four years with an intake of 40 students. The BUMS course provides a broad education in Unani medicine, including traditional and modern medical practice.

The Sham-E-Ghausia Minority Unani Medical College and Hospital admission process is largely dependent on the National Eligibility and Entrance Test (NEET). This standardised examination is one of the major steps that a student would take in order to join the BUMS program in the institution.
