Shanti Niketan Institute of Technology, Bijnor is an affiliated college of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India. This institute has been constituted on a compact campus of 1.39 acres with a vision to impart quality teacher training education. Presently, it is providing B.Ed. approved by NCTE with the enrolment strength of 165 students in one year. The faculty strength of the institute consists of 24 members. Therefore, maintaining a very favourable student-to-teacher ratio would ensure individual attention and guidance for the students. 

Manifold facilities at Shanti Niketan Institute of Technology would surely go a long way in making the learning experience fruitful and holistic in nature for the developments of the students. A well-stocked library would turn out to be a hub of knowledge that proves important for them in their academic pursuit. The college has sports facilities and a gym to keep the physically fit. The IT infrastructure and laboratories take care of the application part of learning, which gives students practical experience. A cafeteria on campus will again afford the students an opportunity to step back from all the commotion of student life and relax and take it easy with friends. The institution also caters for welfare services of the students in the form of a health center, fully supported with first-aid parameters. This institute provides hostels for both boys and girls, thus making the students aspiring to acquire their objectives from other parts of the country feel comfortable to continue their studies at Shanti Niketan Institute of Technology. 

Regarding the academic front, the various courses offered by this institute comprise only one course, B.Ed. course, and that too is in practice presently. This is a two-year full-time course preparing teachers and enabling them to discharge their duties in the line of education efficiently. 

Admission at Shanti Niketan Institute of Technology is strictly based on merit, which would always be reflected in the marks obtained in the qualifying exam and/or entrance exam. The Admission Policy is consistent with the Policy evolved by State Government Uttar Pradesh and University with which the Institute is Affiliated.
