Sharnbasveshwar College of Arts is one of the oldest educational institutions was started in the year 1956 at Vidyanagar, Kalaburagi, Karnataka. This affiliated college located in a sprawling 23 acre land has been accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). The total enrollment of the college is 479 and it has a faculty strength of 12 thus making it suitable environment for the college to offer arts stream in higher education. It offers only one degree program now which shows that its specialization is on arts.
