Sheila Raheja Institute of Hotel and Catering Management, Mumbai founded in 2013 is a BHM campus college. LAKHMAM’s affiliated college is situated in Bandra East and provides specific niche courses in the hospitality industry. The institute itself is very small with a total land area of 0. 901 acres, giving the students and faculty a close nit learning institution from which there are 457 enrolled learners. The school has a committed and well qualified faculty strength of 27 members, which offers a low student teacher ratio, implying quality education and faculty individual attention to the students. There is a computer laboratory where students can find industry-related programmes and the Internet to conduct research and complete tasks. Well aware of the significance of exercise requirements prevailing in the hospitality industry, the institute features a soundproof, air conditioned gymnasium for students along with all modern facilities but is aside to encourage independent workout after college hours. Thus, the institute’s academic programmes are heterogeneous to cater for the multiple needs of hospitality education. 

Sheila Raheja Hotel and Catering School currently offers two full-time undergraduate programmes: Bachelor in Science in Hospitality Studies and Bachelors degree in Culinary arts. Both programmes are aimed at ensuring that students get a broad basis of the necessary knowledge and develop their skills on the basis of practical activities. These courses go for three years which enables the students to dwell much on the course of study and practice time is also availed to the learners.
