Established in 1967, Sheth C.D. Barfiwala College of Commerce, Surat, is one of the premier institutions in Gujarat, India. This co-educational college, affiliated with a university, spread over a compact 1 acres and the college has the accreditation of the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) for its pursuit of academic excellence. It provides a learning environment with a total enrolment of 1,547 students and a faculty strength of 8.

The institution also offers an M.Com two-year program for higher-level students who need further education.
