One of the prime institutions of pharmaceutical education, Shivajirao S. Jondhle College of Pharmacy, Thane was established in the year 2009. This affiliated college, located in Asangaon, Thane district of Maharashtra, has carved a niche for itself in the field of pharmacy studies. This college, approved by the PCI, has come a long way in offering two specialized courses in pharmaceutical education. This 2-acre compact campus currently houses a student enrollment of 254, supported by faculty strength of 16 highly dedicated professionals.

Shivajirao S. Jondhle College of Pharmacy runs two full-time courses in pharmacy in order to cater to the diverse educational needs and career aspirations of pupils. The Institute offers 2-year Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharma) and 4-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharma) course. Both courses are approved to an intake of 60 students each every year, totalling 120 seats per year. This focused approach in the college ensures a high quality of education with individualized personal attention for each student. 

The admission process is pretty smooth, and mere merit, probably academic performance in the subject appropriate to the field that one wants to study further, would suffice. Probably, the college conducts its own admission test or interview process, or perhaps both.
