Shivalik Hills College of Education a teacher training institution located at Nangal, Ropar District, Punjab was established in the year 2005. This affiliated co-educational college approved by NCTE provides specialized course in education. Located in a small plot of 0.875 acres the college educates a total strength of 286 students including faculty members of 18. Shivalik Hills College of Education currently offers two full-time degree programs: A four year Bachelors in Education (B. Ed) and a one year Diploma in Elementary Education (D. El. Ed) programmes to those who want to teach at various stages of education.
