A and E College of Pharmacy is located in Samastipur Bihar, a pharmaceutical college for students. The institute was set up to offer standard education in pharmacy to meet the requirements of society. It is classified under the AICTE and PCI to offer quality education. The college is situated on land of 3.75 acre area and provides the best atmosphere for learning and research. It is affiliated with Anna University and has a faculty strength of 23 members which makes the institute student student-faculty ratio healthy to teach and monitor.

B.Pharma is an undergraduate course which is of four years duration and the intake capacity of this course has been approved for 100 students. For students in search of a diploma, the college offers a two-year Diploma in Pharmacy Course (D.Pharma) with a total admission capacity of 60. The two courses provide progressive learning in pharmaceutical sciences to prepare students for demanding career opportunities in the expanding healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
