Established in the year 2000, Shivraj Smarak Snatkottar Mahavidyalaya, Ballia, is an affiliated college situated in Rampur, Rasra, Ballia, Uttar Pradesh. At the same time, this institution was approved by NCTE. This college has a faculty strength of 37 with a total student intake of 836 and offers a variety of 8 courses in 6 degree programmes. This college specialises in various fields: Education, Arts, Science, and Commerce, mainly at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Admission to B.Ed is based on merit, drawn from the marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination as per state government and university policy. Admission in D.El.Ed course is done as per the merit list prepared by U.P Government.
