Shree Balaji Hospital and College of Nursing, Kangra was established in 2019 and has just started offering education to nursing students of Himachal Pradesh. This co-educational institution is sited in the beautiful town of Kangra and aims to provide young people with a proper education to be the future nurses. This college is spread in 7 acres pieces of land and is an affiliated college standards of which are approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC). Currently the nursing institute that is has 24 enroled students and faculty numbers 8 persons, providing individual attention to students, the institute offers two full-time nursing programmes.

Shree Balaji Hospital and College of Nursing also has a number of features that are intended to improve the student experience and their learning process. Males students and especially female students are able to be accommodated in separate hostels; the school provides modern and neat hostels for the students coming from rural areas or other towns. Shree Balaji Hospital and College of Nursing offers two comprehensive nursing programmes: the course of General Nursing and Midwifery course (GNM) and the course of Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) . The two programmes are day campuses and take four years to complete all the necessary coursework required to begin a nursing career. Currently it offers two courses a MS in Environmental Science and Management and an MBA in Sustainable Business Management and the total intake is 60 students with 30 places for each programme. This international intake is small enough to ensure each student receives close attention, as well as the quality education and skills.
