The Shree Lakshmi Narayan Ayurvedic College situated in Amritsar , Punjab was founded in the year of 1976. It is a coeducational college for providing education in Ayurvedic system of medicine under the synthesis of conventional knowledge and oratory proficiency. The college is located in a 6.5 acres compound, and this allow an enabling environment for learning and research. Since the total enrollment of the students is 328 and the faculty members are 23 in numbers, the institute primary focuses on quality education and student engagement. The Diploma in Pharmacy Ayurveda is a two year course, but the exact intake capacity for this course is however not defined.
