As the college established in 2004, Shree Ram Mulkh College of Education Panchkula is proud of being a co-educational institution that collaborates with Kurukshetra University and is affiliated with the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). Degree wise Admission Process

B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education): The B.Ed. program at the Shree Ram Mulkh College of Education admits students under a capacity approved for 200 seats. Admission to the program will take place on the basis of the student's performance in the various entrance tests such as the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test (HTET) and by entrance examinations conducted by universities. This program continues for two years and requires aspirants to have at least a bachelor's degree in any discipline from an accredited higher education institution and give the minimum percentage necessary.

M.Ed. (Master of Education): M.Ed. has 25 number of seats and purely merit-based while the admissions are based on the merit list of the qualifying examination (B.Ed. or equivalent), entrance test scores, or other selection procedures per state government, university, or UT administration policy. The program runs two years.

D.Ed. (Diploma in Education): The D.Ed. Program consists of an admission seat capacity of 50. Admission is purely based on merit that considers marks in the qualifying examination and/or entrance examination. The state government policies, UT administration, and the affiliated university govern these selections. This is a two-year diploma program.
