Shree Venkateshwara Hi-Tech Engineering College Erode was set up in the year 2008, an affiliated college situated in Tamil Nadu India. The institute with a campus size of 10.41 acres has 15 courses in 3 degrees for its 951 students. The college is recognised by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) India and recognised by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) India. These 113 faculties ensure that the student teacher ratio is good as the institute admits students in the range of 2088 and 3251. To be specific, the college has a balanced gender distribution, male students comprise 65%, while females are 35% in the undergraduate study and 62% male while 38% female for postgraduate study.

The institute offers degree programme on full time basis in engineering disciplines and management education. Total number of students admitting to all courses is 940 and major chunk is dedicating to under graduate programmes. In academic year 2023, there were 778 undergraduate and 173 postgraduate students in the college.

The college accepts scores from other tests like the Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) for MBA, The Common Engineering Entrance Test and Admission (CEETA-PG) for the Post Graduate engineering programmes. It also provides scholarships for its student, 215 under graduate and 40 post graduate students were reimbursed in the year 2023.
