Shri Janki Vallabh Arts and Shri M.S. Patel Commerce College is an affiliated college with 1994 establishment engaged in Muval, Padra Taluka in Vadodara district of Gujarat. The college campus is developed over 8 acres and the college now has a combination of arts and commerce disciplines. The enrolment is 778 students with a backup faculty of 11 members.

There are several facilities in the college to help a student learn. At the center of the institute are a small but well-stocked library with over a 1000 books and a separate reading room set up particularly for students and staff. It represents the core resource for the learning institution with plenty of reference materials, supporting and encouraging an ambiance of academic research and study. The institution is at the moment building an auditorium to host intellectual discourse and cultural activities in the form of events and seminars. The college has a health center, and the institution houses first aid centers for the health and well-being of students. What also aids the benefits of a technological approach is that the school has rich IT infrastructure. 

In academics, Shri Janki Vallabh Arts and Shri M.S. Patel Commerce College have three full-time programs: two undergraduate programs—Bachelor of Arts (BA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), both of a three-year duration—and one postgraduate program—Master of Commerce (M.Com), a two-year course.
