This college located in city of Gaya within state Bihar was established in the year 1970 named as Shri Mahanth Shatanand Giri College, Sherghati. The campus occupies an area of approximately 3 The institution also has Satellite Institution/Satellite Campuses which are campuses that have limited or reduced autonomy in decision making compared to Main/Parent Campuses. Sixty acres of land belongs to this institute and this institution has also been accredited by Nation Assessment and Accreditation Council. Total student enrolment for the college is 3,645 and the faculty strength is as low as 14. In general, it provides 11 sorts of courses through 8 degree programs.
