Shri Ratan Singh Memorial Mahavidhyalaya is affiliated to Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly. The college, established in the year 2014, is situated at Bhooda Mainari, Shahjahanpur in Uttar Pradesh. The 2-acre campus of the college has all the infrastructural facilities, and at present, academic activities offer a 21 courses under 8 degree programmes. At present, the college has an enroling student strength of 2,442 and 36 faculty members.

Shri Ratan Singh Memorial Mahavidhyalaya provides a number of facilities to support its academic offerings. A stacked library serves knowledge to all students and faculty. The college has its course offerings spreading across the undergraduate degrees—BA, B.Sc, B.Com, B.Sc Agriculture, B.Pharma—and postgraduate programmes that include MA and M.Sc in a comprehensive range of specialisations. Besides these, the college also offers professional courses like B.Ed and D.Pharma.

Shri Ratan Singh Memorial Mahavidhyalaya conducts admission on the basis of marks obtained in various courses. Admission to most programmes at merit grounds should be considered based on the marks secured in the qualifying examination. In the case of the B.Ed programme, the college adopts a particular procedure. Any other selection process as per policy of the State Government/U.T. Administration and the University is followed in this process.
