Founded in 2006, the Shri Vithal Education and Research Institute's College of Pharmacy, Pandharpur, is the premier institution for pharmaceutical education in Maharashtra. This affiliated college is spread over 2 acres and has been approved by the PCI. The programs offered in the field of pharmacy are D.Pharma, B.Pharma, and M.Pharma, with a student enrolment of 281. With a faculty strength of 25, the student-to-faculty ratio in the college is healthy.

The campus abounds with state-of-the-art facilities for imparting knowledge in the best possible way. It is the base of Academic resources in the Library with a gigantic collection of books, numbering more than 8,175, subscribing to 16 Indian journals in hard copy form and 23 online journals. This library has a unique section of personality development. There are 233 nos. of titles here. Laboratories are well established in the institution. These are a part of practical learning in the present-day pharmacy education. Separate hostels for boys and girls have been provided to ensure comfort. The campus is Wi-Fi enabled with internet connectivity to facilitate academic pursuit. Gymnasium, sports facilities, and an auditorium cater to the physical fitness and extracurricular needs of the students. Some of the services offered in this institution include a cafeteria, medical facilities, and transport services.

Shri Vithal Education and Research Institute's College of Pharmacy offers a total of three full-time courses at different levels in pharmacy education. The course programmes include D.Pharma and B.Pharma, and the M. Pharma in Pharmaceutics also opens its doors to aspiring postgraduate students. It aims at extending extensive theoretical knowledge and practical skills in various fields of the pharmacy profession. 

Shri Vithal Education and Research Institute's College of Pharmacy admissions are structured in a way to admit prospective students with high potential. The admission for the B.Pharma course shall be based on the MHT-CET examination. Further, to make students eligible for the M.Pharma course, they have to appear for GPAT or MAH-MPH-CET. The institution shall, therefore, adopt the concept of an entrance examination at all levels to ensure that only meritorious students get admitted to the said prestigious courses of the Institution.
