Shri Yogindra Sagar Institute of Technology and Science (SYSITS) is an affiliated college which was set up in 2008 in Ratlam, Madhya Pradesh. Located on a large land space of 10 acres, SYSITS provides a vast number of programmes in engineering, management and Sciences discipline. SYSITS is using excellent and modern facilities to support all student activities to improve their learning outcomes. The campus has indoor and outdoor sport facilities like table tennis, chess, volley ball, football, badmintion and cricket encouraging desirable physical shape and teamwork. SYSITS also offers hostel for both boys and girls in Ratlam city so that out station students can also have comfortable accommodation.
An institute provides a total of 10 courses for enrolment involving full time undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. These include six B.Tech programmes, MBA, BBA, B.Sc in Microbiology, and MSW programme. The total approved student intake in all the courses offered is five hundred and thirty four. The institute promises to provide the best training, practical finals and adequate exposure to laboratories to meet the challenges of the industry.
The admission process at SYSITS differs from one programme to another. For admission to B.Tech programmes, the students are supposed to write the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE Main). Degree wise Admission Process
B.Tech: SYSITS provides six B.Tech programs such as Computer Science and Engineering, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Information Technology, and Mechanical Engineering. Admission to these programs is based on JEE Main scores. The institute provides a total of 210 seats in all the B.Tech programs with the maximum intake being in Computer Science and Engineering at 60 seats.
MBA: The student capacity of the MBA programme of SYSITS is approved at 60. While specific admission details are not given, it is an industry norm that national-level management entrance exams are used as a basis of selection by MBA admissions, followed by personal interview and group discussion processes.
BBA: SYSITS admits 120 students to its BBA course. Admissions for BBA may be scores in 10+2 supported by an entrance test or interview whenever possible.
B.Sc Microbiology: SYSITS admits a program in Microbiology B.Sc with an admission capacity of 30 students. Admission will presumably be based on science subject scores in 10+2, specifically Biology.
MSW: Master of Social Work course at SYSITS has a low batch size of 12 seats. Admission into the course normally takes into consideration the candidate's bachelor's degree score and might require an entrance test or interview.
