The flagship programme of the institute is the Post Graduate Diploma in Management For which the Institute has an intake of 180 students every year. for students willing to be placed in Banking and Financial Service Companies, college has a full-time PGDM programme of 120 seats. Both programmes are two-years full time courses which provide students with necessary knowledge and skills for functioning in modern conditions of business.

Admission policy of Shriji College of Management has been made in a way that only the candidates who can build their career for management jobs are given chance.
