Smt. Gomati Devi Chote Lal Bind Mahavidyalaya is an affiliated college in 2014. The Bhiti, Handia, Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh campus of this 2.48 acres sprawling institution. This institution is dedicated to the quality education of teacher training. This institution is approved by the National Council for Teacher Education. This college has 1,969 students and a faculty of 16. The college has many facilities in order to enhance the learning process of the students.

A well-stocked library is the hub of learning in Smt. Gomati Devi Chote Lal Bind Mahavidyalaya where all the academic materials and facilities are found. It also has departmental laboratories where the practical aspect of learning is provided. The college has developed a good IT infrastructure that updates it with modern educational needs. Smt. Gomati Devi Chote Lal Bind Mahavidyalaya presently offers only one course in the primary stream. The said course is the Diploma in Elementary Education, D.El.Ed. The course is a two-year, full-time programme, and the intake has been permitted at 50 students only for the course. 

The admission procedure at Smt. Gomati Devi Chote Lal Bind Mahavidyalaya follows the State Government rules and regulations of Uttar Pradesh. In most cases, admission is through merit on the marks obtained in the examination of qualifying nature. The entrance test or some other procedures are also followed as of today, under the prevailing policy of the State Government.
