Smt. Hiraba Motibhai Patel Institute of Performing Arts, Anand, Gujarat is a relatively young institution and has been in operation since the year 2016. It is a co-educational affiliated college that mainly aims at fostering talent in performing arts. The institute is located in a vast 55-acre campus and has currently 37 students enroled with a faculty strength of 7. That which is unique about the institute is that it offers a BPA course.

The institute has various facilities that help students in academics and personal development. There is an auditorium for the hosting of events and seminars. Students exercise their talents through this platform. A library, as a resource center where students can research and explore any topic of interest. A health center with first aid facilities for health and well-being purposes of the college community. The campus also has a cafeteria, sports facilities, and well-maintained and fully equipped classrooms. Excellent IT infrastructure is also installed to support modern methodologies of learning. Academically, Smt. Hiraba Motibhai Patel Institute of Performing Arts currently offers only one full-time course—the Bachelor of Performing Arts (BPA). This is a three-year program aimed at developing students' talents in the arts.
