Smt. Shanti Devi Law College, Rewari, was established in the year 2008 as an affiliated college in Haryana. This highly esteemed institution is duly approved by the Bar Council of India and exclusively deals with legal education at the graduate level. It sprawls over an area of 25 acres, providing a good atmosphere for learning and development. The institute has a total student strength of 397 students with 13 faculty members to ensure healthy faculty-student ratio. The institution offers three distinct courses in the field of law, viz., LLB, BA LLB, and LLM, which cater to varied aspects of legal education. Smt. Shanti Devi Law College is one of such colleges which aims at imparting quality legal education and shaping the lawyers of the future.

It has many modern facilities that shall go a long way in providing a better experience for the students. Its library is the mainstay of legal education, comprising more than 4,000 books, journals, magazines, legal reporters, and so on, thereby being sufficient to provide for study and research. The UPS-backed computer laboratory, attached to the library, has access to legal databases like AIR CD ROM and Manupatra, thereby helping students get the latest information about law. There is also a moot court available in the College wherein the development of Advocacy skills among the students is taken up intermittently. Separate boys' and girls' hostels meant for residential students are available in the College. Other facilities include a canteen, sports facilities, and Health Centre with first-aid on campus. A well-furnished seminar hall with seating capacity for more than 100 members provides the forum for many academic activities and guest lectures.

Smt. Shanti Devi Law College has three full-time courses in the field of law: a three-year LL.B. course, a five-year integrated B.A. LL.B. course, and a two-year LL.M. program for postgraduation. The strength of students for all courses taken together is 397, which shows the commitment towards maintenance of quality education with manageable class size.
