SN Sen Balika Vidyalaya Post Graduate College was founded in 1953. It is one of the prime traditional colleges of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. This college affiliated with Dr Bhimrao Ambedkar University U P imparts its academic programs in multiple streams. Spread over an area of 0.52 acres compact campus, it has a total strength of 2,255 students and a faculty strength of 35.

The institution has many facilities that help adorn the learning and overall development of the students. To be the knowledge hub for the students, the library will be equipped with sufficient academic resources. The departmental laboratories will be there for the students to work in practice regarding theoretical learning. At undergraduate levels, it provides B.Com course (Self-Finance) with 120 seats, BCA (Self-Finance) course with 60 seats, and BA Home Science (Self-Finance) course with 60 seats. It also provides an MA program in Education, Economics, Psychology, and Drawing and Painting, all with an intake of 60 students each at postgraduate levels. These are pretty wide offerings, therefore they meet various academic interests and career aspirations.
