Sraitian Institute of Management and Technology (SIMT) has been affiliated since its establishment in 2009 at Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. It is an approved management and commerce institution offering programmes in undergraduate and postgraduate levels as accredited by the AICTE. Located in a 1.25 acre of land, SIMT is still developing now with thirty-seven students and twelve members of the teaching staff. The institute provides three full-time programmes such as MBA and B.Com for students for pursuing business and management education.

SIMT is equipped with a range of facilities that helps immeasurably in the education of its learners. It is well stocked with course related and competitive examination books, has comfortable seating arrangements with internet surfing for research needs all the furniture is new and imported. The institute possessed a great and rich IT facilities for its IT students to perform their studies through the modern IT applications. Spacious and well-ventilated class rooms furnished with modern teaching facilities are another advantage of the institution. In extra curricula activities, SIMT has installed table tennis table, carom boards and chess boards in the common room. It also possesses a seminar hall with over 100 students’ accommodation capability for guest lectures and combined session. 

The institute teaches three full course programmes in total with each level of study featuring one course. MBA programme the flagship course has an approved intake of 120 students out of which 44 are international students. Each of them is offered only in full-time regime, which means that a student will be able to get real professional experience. 

Sraitian Institute of Management and Technology like most other institutes has different admission procedures set on various programmes offered in the institute. As for MBA programme, the general practice is that the score of a national or state level test along with academic record is taken into account. The candidates are admitted into BBA programme on merit although the results of the 10+2 examination will probably be considered. As for the B.Com programm, however, most programmes would follow a merit system. 

Being a self-finance institute, SIMT offers hostel accommodation for both boys and girls making sure that the students from other parts of Bareilly can afford to stay there. Day scholars are also availed transport facilities within the city of the institute.
