Sree Narayana College at Chengannur, with the inception in the year 1981 to say, is an affiliated college located at Chengannur, Kerala. Located on a vast piece of land of 15.64 acres this education center provides virtues and various kinds of programs for bachelors and masters. The college aims at offering quality education and has a student enrollment o f 489 , with faculty of 19 in a good learning environment. The institution currently provides 8 courses under 5 Degree Programmes in areas of specialization that include; Economics, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry as well as Computer Applications. The diversification of genders is satiable, with the participation of 57% women in Under graduate programmes while in the Post graduate programmes the figure is 86% women.

What Hillside College offers to undergraduates include full time programmes like B.Com in Computer Application, B.Sc in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry and BA in Economics. In post graduated level, M.Sc Physics, M.Sc Chemistry and MA in Economics courses are offered by the college. The total approved intake for all courses is 204 students though the largest is for the BA Economics with 50 seats.
