Sree Narayana College, Kannur (SNC Kannur) is an established college situated at Thottada, Kannur, Kerala, India. With regard to infrastructure and learning resources, Sree Narayana College offers all that is necessary in as far as the teaching and learning process is concerned. An efficient central library has been earmarked in the separate block with total built up area of 3840 sq. meters comprising two floors. The department facilities include departmental laboratories, smart classrooms and four computer centres with internet connection. As for extracurricular activities, the college has a facility of a Gymnasium for playing indoor games, an auditorium for cultural programmes. Female students may be interested in living in the hostel on campus for residence, which has 120 beds. SNC Kannur totals 25 courses and spreads in 8 degree programmes for students of different fields of learning. The institute offers 19 undergraduate programmes and 6 postgraduate programmes, as all the programmes offered are full time. The courses provided by the college are BA Hons. programmes, B.Com, B.Sc Hons. programmes and Ph.D etc. A survey conducted at the college revealed that the total student admission in the academic year 2022-2023 was 2047 for all programmes offered in the college. The gender distribution is also skewed to females with 69% of the undergraduate and 89% of the postgraduate students being females giving the college a strong female tilt.

Sree Narayana College Kannur like most other colleges in Kerala follows the merit system in admission. There are no dates when the examination is conducted but the college has application forms for different undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. This means that the institute provides scholarship programmes for qualifying students, where 1494 undergraduate students and 146 postgraduate students received a scholarship in the academic year 2022.
